What is design-build?
Design-build brings design and construction under one roof – meaning the team that designs your home is the same team that builds it. This creates a level of communication and collaboration that a traditional renovation process simply can’t match. Your designers understand what’s buildable, your builders understand what’s envisioned, and if anything needs to be adjusted along the way, it gets handled quickly and efficiently. The result is a smoother process and a finished home that looks exactly the way you imagined it.
Who is design build for?
Design-build is for anyone who knows what they want their home to feel like but doesn’t want to spend months managing the process of getting there. You bring the vision. We bring the expertise, the plan, and the team to make it real. That way, you can stay focused on what matters most to you while we take care of the rest.
What is Infinite Home's process?
Our process consists of 3 phases: Design Development, Preconstruction, and Construction. First, our design team transforms your vision into floor plans and design boards. Then, in Preconstruction, we lock in selections, pull permits, and create 3D renders so you can see what your home will look like before construction. By the time we break ground in the construction phase, your project is fully planned, and all materials are ordered, so construction moves smoothly from day one.
Can I stay in my home while you work?
In most cases, yes. However, if you are doing a major renovation, you may want to make alternative arrangements until your project is complete or until key areas are livable again.
Do you provide a warranty for your work?
Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship. We provide a 2-year warranty on all labor. Additionally, many of the materials we install (such as flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures) come with their own manufacturer’s warranties, which we will document and hand over to you upon completion.
