Infinite Home takes the utmost pride in providing our Clients with the best possible experience when renovating their home. This goes beyond just providing good design and quality workmanship. Just as important is the experience they have with the people working in their homes and the impression they get each day when they return home to a clean organized job site excited to see the progress that happened that day.
Below are the standards of behavior that we expect and enforce when you are working on an IH project:
Parking- Park your vehicle on the street or only in areas designated by Infinite Home. Never park in the grass. If allowed to park in driveway, don’t do so if your vehicle leaks oil! Be courteous and make sure your vehicle is not blocking in the Client or interfering with the neighbors.*
Tobacco/ Alcohol Free- Smoking and/or tobacco use is prohibited in all areas of the construction site. You are to keep the entrance to each job site, the grounds, parking lots and roadways free of cigarette butts. The use or possession of intoxicating beverages or illegal drugs on the job site is forbidden. Consuming alcohol during work breaks (including lunch) at the job site will not be tolerated.
Food and Drinks- Eating, drinking, and consumption of food products is not allowed inside of a Clients home. Please eat in your vehicle or in an appropriate outside area specified my Infinite Home. All trash and waste shall be removed and placed in appropriate JOB SITE RELATED receptacles (NOT CLIENTS PERSONAL TRASH-CANS).*
Harassment / Inappropriate Language / Horseplay/ Music- You are advised that offensive or loud language (e.g. swearing), music, and offensive behavior including harassment and horseplay are not acceptable. If you want to listen to music, use head phones unless given express permission from Infinite Home to play music at a reasonable volume with a job site stereo. You and your staff must perform their roles in a manner consistent with INFINITE HOME’S values.*
Protection- You are responsible for protecting the floors, walls, and all other aspects of the property when you are performing your work. This includes covering floors and furniture with drop cloths and putting up dust control barriers as needed. You will be held financially responsible for any damage or excessive dust caused because of a lack of precautions on your part in this area. If something is damaged, you must report it to Infinite Home immediately.*
CLEAN UP- At all times, the work site shall be kept clean from dust, debris and trash. You are responsible for removal of construction debris and trash generated by your work and any sub trades working for you from the worksite and placing such debris in specified waste containers or trash piles. If storing tools or materials at the job site, make sure they are stored neatly and out of the way of traffic flow and function of the home. Leave the project clean and organized at the end of each day. Most of our projects have homeowners living in the property during the renovation, so you must treat the work site with the upmost respect and use common sense; in other words your neat materials pile should not be in the middle of a walkway or blocking the driveway.*
Security- Infinite Home takes the security of our Client’s homes very seriously. If you are working indoors make sure that all entrances (doors & windows) are secured and locked and that the key is placed back in the lockbox (and the code scrambled) if you are the last sub contractor to leave the project. Violation of this rule will result in a $75 fine per occurrence and possible termination of your contract and rights to work on the project.*
