Our clients wanted a home that balanced bespoke elegance with functional family living. Our mission was to create a home that not only reflected their unique style but also enhanced their ability to entertain and enjoy time with their family.
Understanding their desire for a more functional layout, we began by opening the kitchen and removing a wall to introduce an impressive 10-foot waterfall island. This change, coupled with a luxurious full-height backsplash, has transformed the kitchen into an open, inviting space perfect for everyday living and hosting gatherings.
To add a touch of sophistication, we crafted a custom wine enclosure using an existing wall, seamlessly integrating it into the home’s design. This feature not only adds a stunning visual element but also provides a practical storage solution for the family’s wine collection.
Recognizing the need for a more efficient laundry room, we expanded the space by converting part of the garage and integrating custom cabinetry. This thoughtful redesign not only improved functionality but also ensured the new layout harmonized with the rest of the home.
The primary suite bathroom was designed as a true retreat. It features stunning marble countertops, custom cabinetry, and a dedicated vanity nook, all bathed in warm, neutral tones for a calming atmosphere. The walk-in shower, adorned with intricate tile work, and the sleek freestanding tub create a luxurious sanctuary that seamlessly extends the elegance of the master suite.
In honor of our client’s passion for whisky, we designed a bespoke whisky lounge. This elegant space features unique metal shelving and a fireplace with a faux metal mantel surrounded by ribbed marble, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment.
