At the heart of their first renovation is a custom wine cellar designed with a true connoisseur in mind. Framed by arched black iron and glass doors, the space opens to a softly lit interior where floor-to-ceiling wine racks beautifully showcase their curated collection. Glass sphere wall sconces add a warm, artistic glow, giving the room the ambiance of a private retreat. Every element—from the slate tile flooring to the integrated lighting—was thoughtfully selected to create a modern wine room that feels refined, inviting, and ready for hosting.
Our clients have refined clothing tastes and wanted their primary suite walk-in closet to feel like they were walking into a Neiman Marcus. Every element in this room was intentionally chosen to curate this experience – with glass-front wardrobe cabinetry and soft integrated LED lighting to highlight their favorite clothing pieces, and quartz-topped island with built-in open shelving to provide storage and display for their shoes and accessories.
Tucked just off the kitchen, the custom butler’s pantry offers both style and storage with a layout designed to make everyday routines run smoothly. Moody floor-to-ceiling cabinetry provides ample hidden storage, while open wood shelving keeps pantry essentials accessible and beautifully organized.
With young daughters, a new baby on the way, and a nanny suite that needed both accessibility and privacy, our clients needed their home to evolve with their growing family. Their next project was all about integrating their existing sophisticated design with family-friendly functionality.
We reimagined multiple spaces, ensuring every room spoke to each other while maintaining its personality. Their daughters’ bedrooms now feel more vibrant and personal, with thoughtful details like statement chandeliers, fresh paint, soft pastel pink pillows and throws, and furnishings picked to transition with them as they grow. The nursery suite was designed to be soft and celestial. A built-in crib nook becomes the focal point, surrounded by soft angel wallpaper. A toddler daybed with built-in storage sits beneath a pastel pink feature wall with layered cloud decor, creating both soft comfort and charm.
The biggest transformation happened in the attic, where we reimagined the unused space into a private nanny suite tailored for comfort and calm. The kitchenette features white shiplap walls, floating wood shelving, matte black fixtures, and stainless steel appliances create a bright and airy atmosphere. The spa-like ensuite bathroom make unwinding after a long day of caring for their little ones effortless featuring a freestanding tub and open shower with a rain shower head so every day feels like a spa day.
The custom office was designed as a richly layered retreat with a sense of quiet confidence. Warm wood tones from the custom cabinetry set the foundation, while the curved executive desk, black stone slab accent wall, and integrated LED lighting layer in texture and depth—creating a space that feels both grounded and inspiring. Moody furnishings, including a black tufted leather sofa, velvet lounge chair, and charcoal-toned rug, add to the room’s intimate atmosphere. Modern picture lights and custom wall moldings frame their curated artwork, bringing personality and polish to the space. Framed by black steel French doors, this office is equal parts functional and dramatic—a refined retreat built for focus and creativity.
